Yes, we are happy to supply products without fitting them ourselves. However, we do require you to provide the sizes for us and take full payment upfront.
Do you require a deposit for orders?
Yes, we require a 50% payment for all jobs we are installing.
Are the glass units you provide A rated?
Yes, all glass units we install in our windows and doors are A rated to ensure thermal efficiency.
Do you offer a repair service to windows and doors?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a repair service for products we have not installed.
Will you dispose of our old windows and doors?
Yes, we will ensure that all old products are taken away as well as ensuring as minimal disruption as possible.
What guarantees do I receive?
With all windows and doors that we install, we provide a 10-year workmanship guarantee as well as an IWA insurance back guarantee/Assure certificate. Manufacturers guarantees vary.
